अज्ञश्चाश्रद्दधानश्च संशयात्मा विनश्यति | नायं लोकोऽस्ति न परो न सुखं संशयात्मनः
ajñaścāśraddadhānaśca saṃśayātmā vinaśyati . nāyaṃ loko.asti na paro na sukhaṃ saṃśayātmanaḥ
అజ్ఞాని, శ్రద్ధ లేనివాడు, సందేహాలు కలవాడు నశిస్తాడు. సందేహాత్మునికి ఈ లోకంలో గానీ, పరలోకంలో గానీ సుఖం ఉండదు.
One who is ignorant and faithless, and has a doubting mind perishes. Neither this world nor the next nor happiness exists for one who has a doubting mind.
ఆత్మజ్ఞానం లేనివాడు అజ్ఞాని. తనపై, శాస్త్రాలపై, గురువు బోధనలపై విశ్వాసం లేనివాడు శ్రద్ధ లేనివాడు. సందేహాత్ముడు అందరికంటే పాపి. అతని పరిస్థితి చాలా దయనీయం. అతడు పరలోకం గురించి సందేహాలతో నిండి ఉంటాడు. ఈ లోకంలో కూడా అతడు ఆనందించడు, ఎందుకంటే అతడు చాలా అనుమానస్పదంగా ఉంటాడు. అతనికి సుఖం ఉండదు.
The ignorant one who has no knowledge of the Self. The man without faith one who has no faith in his own self? in the scriptures and the teachings of his Guru.A man of doubting mind is the most sinful of all. His condition is very deplorable. He is full of doubts as regards the next world. He does not rejoice in this world also? as he is very suspicious. He has no happiness.
