स एवायं मया तेऽद्य योगः प्रोक्तः पुरातनः | भक्तोऽसि मे सखा चेति रहस्यं ह्येतदुत्तमम्
sa evāyaṃ mayā te.adya yogaḥ proktaḥ purātanaḥ . bhakto.asi me sakhā ceti rahasyaṃ hyetaduttamam
నీవు నా భక్తుడవు, స్నేహితుడవు కాబట్టి, ఆ పురాతనమైన యోగాన్ని ఈ రోజు నేను నీకు ఉపదేశించాను. ఎందుకంటే ఇది ఉత్తమమైన రహస్యం.
That ancient Yoga itself, which is this, has been taught to you by Me today, considering that you are My devotee and friend, For, this (Yoga) is a profound secret.
ఈ యోగం లోతైన మరియు సూక్ష్మమైన బోధనలను కలిగి ఉంది. అందుకే ఇది భగవంతుడు వెల్లడించిన అత్యున్నత రహస్యం.
This Yoga contains profound and subtle teachings. Hence it is the supreme secret which is revealed by the Lord.
