میں سب کچھ ہڑپ کرنے والی موت بھی ہوں جو ہر چیز کو تباہ کر دیتی ہے۔ موت دو قسم کی ہوتی ہے، یعنی وہ جو دولت چھین لیتی ہے اور وہ جو زندگی چھین لیتی ہے۔ ان میں سے جو زندگی چھین لیتا ہے وہ سب کو ہڑپ کرنے والا ہے، اور اسی لیے اسے سروَہَرَہ کہا جاتا ہے۔ میں وہی ہوں۔ یا، ایک اور تشریح یہ ہے کہ میں پرماتما ہوں جو سب کو ہڑپ کرنے والا ہے، کیونکہ میں کائناتی تحلیل کے وقت ہر چیز کو تباہ کر دیتا ہوں۔ میں مستقبل میں پیدا ہونے والے تمام جانداروں کا ماخذ ہوں۔ میں ان لوگوں کی خوشحالی اور اسے حاصل کرنے کا ذریعہ ہوں جو اس کے اہل ہیں۔ خوبصورتی شری ہے۔ چمک شری ہے۔ میں شہرت ہوں، نسوانی صفات میں سب سے بہترین۔ جو لوگ تھوڑی سی شہرت حاصل کر لیتے ہیں وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے زندگی میں بڑی کامیابی حاصل کر لی ہے اور وہ بہت بڑے یا عظیم آدمی بن گئے ہیں۔ میں وہ کلام ہوں جو انصاف کے تخت کو زینت بخشتا ہے۔ میں وہ یادداشت ہوں جو ماضی کی اشیاء اور خوشیوں کو یاد کرتی ہے۔ ذہن کی وہ طاقت جو کسی کو شاستروں کی تعلیمات کو برقرار رکھنے کے قابل بناتی ہے، وہ میدھا ہے۔ ثابت قدمی یا دھرتی جسم اور حواس کو مختلف قسم کے دکھوں کے درمیان بھی مستحکم رکھنے کی طاقت ہے۔ عمل کرتے ہوئے بھی خود کو غیر منسلک رکھنے کی طاقت دھرتی ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہمت بھی ہے۔ کشما کا مطلب برداشت بھی ہے۔ شہرت، خوشحالی، یادداشت، ذہانت اور ثابت قدمی دکش کی بیٹیاں ہیں۔ ان کی شادی دھرم سے ہوئی تھی اور اسی لیے انہیں دھرم پتنیاں کہا جاتا ہے۔

I am also the allsnatching death that destroys everything. Death is of two kinds? viz.? he who seizes wealth and he who seizes life. Of them he who seizes life is the allseizer and,hence he is called Sarvaharah. I am he.Or? there is another interpretation. I am the Supreme Lord Who is the allseizer? because I destroy everything at the time of the cosmic dissolution.I am the origin of all the beings to be born in the future. I am the prosperity and the means of achieving it of those who are fit to attain it.Beauty is Sri. Lustre is Sri. I am fame? the best of the feminine alities. People who have attained slight fame think that they have achieved great success in life and that they have become very big or great men. I am speech which adorns the throne of justice. I am memory which recalls objects and pleasures of the past.The power of the mind which enables one to hold the teachings of the scriptures is Medha. Firmness or Dhriti is the power to keep the body and the senses steady even amidst various kinds of sufferings. The power to keep oneself unattached even while doing actions is Dhriti. It also means courage. Kshama also means endurance.Fame? prosperity? memory? intelligence and firmness are the daughters of Daksha. They had been given in marriage to Dhrama and so they are all called Dharmapatnis.
