ज्ञानयज्ञेन चाप्यन्ये यजन्तो मामुपासते | एकत्वेन पृथक्त्वेन बहुधा विश्वतोमुखम्
jñānayajñena cāpyanye yajanto māmupāsate . ekatvena pṛthaktvena bahudhā viśvatomukham
اور دوسرے لوگ `گیان یگیہ` (علم کی قربانی) کے ذریعے، مجھے ایک ہی ہستی کے طور پر پوجتے ہیں؛ کچھ مختلف طریقوں سے، اور کچھ کثیر شکلوں والے، ہر طرف موجود ہستی کے طور پر میری عبادت کرتے ہیں۔
Others verily worship Me by adoring exclusively through the sacrifice of the knowledge of oneness; (others worship Me) multifariously, and (others) as the multiformed existing variously.
دوسرے لوگ بھی `گیان یگیہ` یعنی حکمت کی قربانی کے ذریعے، یعنی سب میں `آتما` کو دیکھتے ہوئے، میری عبادت کرتے ہیں جو ایک اور کثیر ہے، اور ہر جگہ موجود ہے۔ وہ تمام شکلوں کو جو وہ دیکھتے ہیں، خدا کی شکلیں سمجھتے ہیں، تمام آوازوں کو جو وہ سنتے ہیں، خدا کے نام سمجھتے ہیں۔ وہ تمام اشیاء جو وہ کھاتے ہیں، مختلف طریقوں سے بھگوان کو نذر کرتے ہیں۔ کچھ لوگ اس علم کے ساتھ اس کی عبادت کرتے ہیں کہ صرف ایک ہی حقیقت ہے، پرماتما جو وجود، علم اور مسرت ہے۔ وہ خود کو سچائی یا `برہمن` سے ہم آہنگ کرتے ہیں۔ یہ `ویدانتیوں` کا `مونِسٹِک` (توحیدی) نظریہ ہے۔ کچھ لوگ بھگوان اور اپنے درمیان آقا اور غلام کے رویے کے ساتھ فرق کرتے ہوئے اس کی عبادت کرتے ہیں۔ یہ `ڈوئلِسٹِک` (ثنویت پسند) فلسفے کا نظریہ ہے۔ کچھ لوگ اس علم کے ساتھ اس کی عبادت کرتے ہیں کہ وہ مختلف دیوتاؤں جیسے `برہما`، `وشنو`، `رودر`، `شیو` وغیرہ کے طور پر موجود ہے۔ `وشوتومُکھم` سے مراد وہ ہے جو دنیا میں تمام کثیر شکلیں اختیار کر چکا ہے، جو تمام شکلوں میں ہر طرف چہرے والے (گویا ایک ہی بھگوان کے چہرے ہر طرف ہیں) کے طور پر موجود ہے۔
Others too sacrificing by the wisdomsacrifice? i.e.? seeing the Self in all? adore Me the One and the manifold? present everywhere. They regard all the forms they see as the forms of God? all sounds they hear as the names of God. They give all objects they eat as offerings unto the Lord in vaious ways.Some adore Him with the knowledge that there is only one Reality? the Supreme Being Who is ExistenceKnowledgeBliss. They identify themselves with the Truth or Brahman. This is the Monistic view of the Vedantins. Some worship Him making a distinction between the Lord and themselves with the attitude of master and servant. This is the view of the Dualistic School of philosophy. Some worship Him with the knowledge that He exists as the various divinities? Brahma? Vishnu? Rudra? Siva? etc.Visvatomukham Others worship Him who has assumed all the manifold forms in the world? Who exists in all the forms as the Allfaced (the one Lord exists in all the different forms with His face on all sides? as it were). (Cf.IV.33)
