न कर्तृत्वं न कर्माणि लोकस्य सृजति प्रभुः | न कर्मफलसंयोगं स्वभावस्तु प्रवर्तते
na kartṛtvaṃ na karmāṇi lokasya sṛjati prabhuḥ . na karmaphalasaṃyogaṃ svabhāvastu pravartate
ప్రభువు (ఆత్మ) లోకమునకు కర్తృత్వమును గాని, కర్మలను గాని సృజించడు; కర్మఫలములతో సంయోగమును కూడా కల్పించడు. స్వభావమే (ప్రకృతియే) ప్రవర్తిస్తుంది.
The Self does not create agentship or any objects (of desire) for anyone; nor association with the results of actions. But it is Nature that acts.
ఆత్మ ఎవరికీ కర్తృత్వమును గాని, కర్మలను గాని, కర్మఫలములతో సంబంధమును గాని సృష్టించదు. సమస్త కర్మలను చేసేది ప్రకృతియే. ఆత్మ కేవలం సాక్షిగా ఉంటుంది.
The Lord does not create agency or doership. He does not press anyone to do actions. He never tells anyone? Do this or do that. He does not bring about the union with the fruit of actions. It is Prakritit or Nature that does everything. (Cf.III.33)
