स एवायं मया तेऽद्य योगः प्रोक्तः पुरातनः | भक्तोऽसि मे सखा चेति रहस्यं ह्येतदुत्तमम्
sa evāyaṃ mayā te.adya yogaḥ proktaḥ purātanaḥ . bhakto.asi me sakhā ceti rahasyaṃ hyetaduttamam
ആ പുരാതനമായ യോഗം തന്നെയാണ് ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ നിനക്ക് ഉപദേശിച്ചത്, കാരണം നീ എന്റെ ഭക്തനും സഖാവും ആകുന്നു. എന്തുകൊണ്ടെന്നാൽ, ഇത് ഉത്തമമായ ഒരു രഹസ്യമാണ്.
That ancient Yoga itself, which is this, has been taught to you by Me today, considering that you are My devotee and friend, For, this (Yoga) is a profound secret.
ഈ യോഗത്തിൽ ആഴമേറിയതും സൂക്ഷ്മവുമായ ഉപദേശങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇത് ഭഗവാൻ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പരമമായ രഹസ്യമാണ്.
This Yoga contains profound and subtle teachings. Hence it is the supreme secret which is revealed by the Lord.
