नभःस्पृशं दीप्तमनेकवर्णं व्यात्ताननं दीप्तविशालनेत्रम् | दृष्ट्वा हि त्वां प्रव्यथितान्तरात्मा धृतिं न विन्दामि शमं च विष्णो
nabhaḥspṛśaṃ dīptamanekavarṇaṃ vyāttānanaṃ dīptaviśālanetram . dṛṣṭvā hi tvāṃ pravyathitāntarātmā dhṛtiṃ na vindāmi śamaṃ ca viṣṇo
Ô Vishnu, en vérité, en voyant Ta forme touchant le ciel, flamboyante, aux multiples couleurs, la bouche ouverte, aux grands yeux ardents, je, l'âme terrifiée, ne trouve ni fermeté ni paix.
O Visnu, verily, seeing Your form touching heaven, blazing, with many colours, open-mouthed, with fiery large eyes, I , becoming terrified in my mind, do not find steadiness and peace.
Dhriti signifie aussi patience et force. Shama signifie aussi contrôle. La vision de la Forme Cosmique a considérablement effrayé Arjuna.
Dhriti also means patience and strength. Sama also means control.The vision of the Cosmic Form has frightened Arjuna considerably.
