anādimadhyāntamanantavīryam anantabāhuṃ śaśisūryanetram . paśyāmi tvāṃ dīptahutāśavaktraṃ svatejasā viśvamidaṃ tapantam
Je Te vois sans commencement, sans milieu et sans fin, possédant une valeur infinie, ayant d'innombrables bras, le soleil et la lune pour yeux, une bouche comme un feu ardent, et échauffant cet Univers par Ta propre splendeur.
I see You as without beginning, middle and end, possessed of infinite valour, having innumerable arms, having the sun and the moon as eyes, having a mouth like a blazing fire, and heating up this Universe by Your own brilliance.
