एतन्मे संशयं कृष्ण छेत्तुमर्हस्यशेषतः | त्वदन्यः संशयस्यास्य छेत्ता न ह्युपपद्यते
etanme saṃśayaṃ kṛṣṇa chettumarhasyaśeṣataḥ . tvadanyaḥ saṃśayasyāsya chettā na hyupapadyate
ಎಲೈ ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ನನ್ನ ಈ ಸಂಶಯವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿವಾರಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಿನ್ನ ಹೊರತು ಈ ಸಂಶಯವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವವನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಲ್ಲ.
O Krsna, You should totally eradicate this doubt of mine. For, none other than Yourself can be the dispeller of this doubt!
ಅರ್ಜುನನು ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನನ್ನು ಸರ್ವಜ್ಞನಾದ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನೆಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನ ಆಳವಾದ ಸಂಶಯವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು ಕೃಷ್ಣನೇ ಸಮರ್ಥನೆಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರಿಂದಲೂ ಈ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಅವನ ನಂಬಿಕೆ.
There can be no better teacher than Thee for Thou art the omniscient Lord. Thou alone canst dispel this doubt. A Rishi (seer)? a Deva (god)? or a Muni (sage) will not be able to destroy this doubt.
