सर्वयोनिषु कौन्तेय मूर्तयः सम्भवन्ति याः | तासां ब्रह्म महद्योनिरहं बीजप्रदः पिता
sarvayoniṣu kaunteya mūrtayaḥ sambhavanti yāḥ . tāsāṃ brahma mahadyonirahaṃ bījapradaḥ pitā
ఓ కౌంతేయా (అర్జునా), సమస్త యోనులలో ఏ రూపాలు పుడతాయో, వాటికి మహద్ బ్రహ్మయే యోని (తల్లి), నేను బీజాన్ని ఇచ్చే తండ్రిని.
O son of Kunti, whatever forms are born from all the wombs, of them the great-sustainer is the womb; I am the father who deposits the seed.
సమస్త ప్రాణుల పుట్టుకకు మూలమైన మహద్ బ్రహ్మయే తల్లి వంటిది. నేను ఆ తల్లిలో జీవ బీజాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టే తండ్రిని. ఈ విధంగా సమస్త సృష్టికి నేనే జనకుడను.
