स एवायं मया तेऽद्य योगः प्रोक्तः पुरातनः | भक्तोऽसि मे सखा चेति रहस्यं ह्येतदुत्तमम्
sa evāyaṃ mayā te.adya yogaḥ proktaḥ purātanaḥ . bhakto.asi me sakhā ceti rahasyaṃ hyetaduttamam
Ce même Yoga ancien, Je te l'ai enseigné aujourd'hui, car tu es Mon dévot et Mon ami. En effet, ce (Yoga) est un secret suprême.
That ancient Yoga itself, which is this, has been taught to you by Me today, considering that you are My devotee and friend, For, this (Yoga) is a profound secret.
Ce Yoga contient des enseignements profonds et subtils. C'est pourquoi il est considéré comme le secret suprême, révélé par le Seigneur à ceux qui Lui sont chers et dévoués.
This Yoga contains profound and subtle teachings. Hence it is the supreme secret which is revealed by the Lord.
