किरीटिनं गदिनं चक्रहस्तं इच्छामि त्वां द्रष्टुमहं तथैव | तेनैव रूपेण चतुर्भुजेन सहस्रबाहो भव विश्वमूर्ते
kirīṭinaṃ gadinaṃ cakrahastaṃ icchāmi tvāṃ draṣṭumahaṃ tathaiva . tenaiva rūpeṇa caturbhujena sahasrabāho bhava viśvamūrte
میں آپ کو پہلے کی طرح ہی، کریتی (Kiritin) (تاج پہنے ہوئے)، گدا (Gada) (گدھا) لیے ہوئے، اور چکر (Chakra) (ڈسک) ہاتھ میں پکڑے ہوئے دیکھنا چاہتا ہوں۔ اے سہسر باہو (Sahasrabahu) (ہزاروں بازوؤں والے)، اے وشومورتی (Vishvamurti) (کائناتی روپ والے)، اسی چتُربُج (Chaturbhuj) (چار بازوؤں والے) روپ میں ظاہر ہوں۔
I want to see You just as before, wearing a crown, wielding a mace, and holding a disc in hand. O You with thousand arms, O You of Cosmic form, appear with that very form with four hands.
ارجن کہتا ہے کہ اے بھگوان، وشوروپ میں مجھے سمجھ نہیں آ رہا کہ میں کدھر دیکھوں اور کس سے مخاطب ہوں۔ میں خوفزدہ ہوں۔ میں آپ کو شنکھ، چکر، گدھا اور کمل کے ساتھ دیکھنے کا مشتاق ہوں۔ اپنا وشوروپ واپس لے لیں اور پہلے کی طرح چار بازوؤں والے روپ میں ظاہر ہوں۔ روحانی متلاشی اکثر اپنی سادھنا شروع کرتے ہی اعلیٰ روحانی تجربات حاصل کرنے کے لیے بے چین ہو جاتے ہیں۔ یہ غلط ہے۔ وہ اس عظیم طاقت کو برداشت نہیں کر پائیں گے جو ان میں امڈ آئے گی۔ صبر کریں۔ 'اے ہزاروں بازوؤں والے' سے مراد وشوروپ ہے۔
Arjuna says O Lord in the Cosmic Form I do not know where to turn and to whom to address myself. I am frightened. I am longing to see Thee with conch? discus? mace and lotus. Withdraw Thy Cosmic Form. Assume that same fourarmed form as before.Spiritual aspirants are ofen impatient to have the highest spiritual experiences immediately they begin their Sadhana. This is wrong. They will not be able to withstand the great power that will,surge into them. Be patientO thousandarmed refers to the Cosmic Form.
