सद्भावे साधुभावे च सदित्येतत्प्रयुज्यते | प्रशस्ते कर्मणि तथा सच्छब्दः पार्थ युज्यते
sadbhāve sādhubhāve ca sadityetatprayujyate . praśaste karmaṇi tathā sacchabdaḥ pārtha yujyate
Ce mot « sat » est employé pour désigner ce qui vient à l'être et ce qui devient bon. De même, ô fils de Pritha, le mot « sat » est utilisé pour un rite propice.
This word sat is used with regard to (something) coming into being and with regard to (someone) becoming good. So also, O son of Prtha, the word sat is used with regard to an auspicious rite.
Le `Satbhāva` est ce qui est immuable au milieu du changement, ce qui est permanent au milieu de l'impermanent, ce qui existe dans le passé, le présent et le futur. C'est la réalité derrière les noms et les formes en constante évolution, le substrat dans lequel les formes en constante évolution résident. L'action méritoire est `Sat`. Le `Sādhubhāva` est un attribut d'harmonie avec la nature, permettant au cycle des mondes de se dérouler sans heurts. Le mot `Sat` est assez puissant pour rendre une action défectueuse parfaite et complète. Lorsqu'une bonne action est susceptible d'être rendue `Asat` ou mauvaise en raison d'un seul défaut, l'utilisation du mot `Sat` la rend exempte de défauts et la mène à une conclusion réussie. Le mot `Sat` supprime la nature mauvaise de l'action car il a le pouvoir de purifier et de rendre l'acte parfait. `Sat` est l'Existence Absolue. `Sat` est le Para Brahman. `Sat` est le symbole inexprimable de ce Brahman mystérieux, indescriptible, illimité, indivisible, auto-lumineux et immortel. Le mot `Sat` est utilisé lorsque l'on souhaite exprimer la réalité d'un objet qui est irréel ou relativement réel, comme par exemple, la naissance d'un fils qui est irréel ou relativement réel, ou pour dire qu'un homme est de bonne conduite alors que sa conduite n'est pas bonne ou n'est que relativement bonne, et pour exprimer qu'un acte est propice, alors qu'il n'est pas propice ou n'est que relativement propice. Brahman seul est réel. Lui seul existe réellement. Mais nous disons, lorsqu'un fils naît à M. Govindan, que le fils de M. Govindan est venu à l'existence. Du point de vue de Brahman ou de l'Existence Absolue, le fils de M. Govindan n'existe jamais. Le mot `Sat`, qui n'est appliqué qu'à Brahman, est également utilisé pour le fils de M. Govindan qui est irréel ou relativement réel. Brahman seul est absolument bon et absolument propice. Mais le mot `Sat`, qui ne peut être appliqué qu'à Brahman, est appliqué à un acte qui n'est pas propice ou qui n'est que relativement propice. L'utilisation de `Sat` rend les actions imparfaitement exécutées parfaites.
Satbhava That which is unchanging amidst the changing? that which is permanent amidst the impermanent? that which exists in the past? present and future is Sat the reality behind the everchanging names and forms is Sat the substratum in which the everchanging forms inhere is Sat. Meritorious action is Sat.Sadhubhava An attribute of harmony with nature? so that the worlds cycle moves smoothly.The word Sat is powerful enough to make a defective action perfect and complete. When a good action is likely to be rendered Asat or bad owing to a single defect? the use of the word Sat makes it free from defects and brings it to a successful termination. The word Sat removes the evil ality of the action as it has the power of purifying and rendering the act perfect.Sat is Existence Absolute. Sat is Para Brahman. Sat is the inexpressible symbol of that mysterious indescribable? illimitable? indivisible? selfluminous? immortal Brahman.The word Sat is used when you wish to express the reality of an object which is unreal or which is relatively real? as for instance? the birth of a son who is unreal or relatively real in telling that a man is one of good conduct when his conduct is not good or is only relatively good? and in expressing that an act is auspicious? when it is not auspicious or only relatively auspicious.Brahman alone is real. It alone really exists. But we say when a son is born to Mr. Govindan that Mr. Govindans son has come into existence. From the viewpoint of Brahman or Existence Absolute? Mr. Govindans son never exists.The word Sat which is only applied to Brahman is used also for Mr. Govindans son who is unreal or relatively real. Brahman alone is absolutely good and absolutely auspicious. But the,word Sat that can properly be applied to Brahman alone is applied to an act which is not auspicious or which is only relatively auspicious. The use of Sat renders the imperfectly performed actions perfect.
