तदित्यनभिसन्धाय फलं यज्ञतपःक्रियाः | दानक्रियाश्च विविधाः क्रियन्ते मोक्षकाङ्क्षिभिः
tadityanabhisandhāya phalaṃ yajñatapaḥkriyāḥ . dānakriyāśca vividhāḥ kriyante mokṣakāṅkṣibhiḥ
Après (avoir prononcé) le mot 'Tat', les actes de sacrifice et d'austérité, ainsi que les divers actes de charité, sont accomplis sans égard pour les résultats par les personnes aspirant à la Libération.
After (uttering) the word tat, acts of sacrifice and austerity as also the various acts of charity are performed without regard for results by persons aspiring for Liberation.
Avec 'Tat' : avec la prononciation du mot 'Tat' (Cela). *Phalam* (fruit) : fruit du sacrifice, de l'austérité et de la charité. *Dānakriyāḥ* (actes de charité) : actes de charité tels que les dons de terre, d'or, de riz, de vêtements, etc. L'Âme immortelle qui transcende le monde entier, les trois *guṇas*, les trois corps, les trois états d'éveil, de rêve et de sommeil profond, qui illumine tout, qui est la base de tout et la source de tout, est connotée par le mot 'Tat'. Les sages et les aspirants méditent sur 'Tat'. Ils prononcent le mot 'Tat' et disent : 'Que toutes nos actions et leurs fruits soient au nom de Tat (Cela ou Brahman)'. Ainsi, ils offrent toutes les actions et leurs fruits à Brahman et pratiquent le renoncement. Ils sont libérés de l'égoïsme et de l'esclavage du *karma*. Ils atteignent la réalisation du Soi par la pureté du cœur causée par des actions désintéressées, sans motif et sans désir. L'action qui est anoblie et sanctifiée par la prononciation d'Om au début et qui est offerte à 'Cela' est transformée en la nature de Brahman. Toutes les actions dans leur intégralité, ô Arjuna, culminent dans la sagesse (IV.33). Celui qui accomplit les actions dans un esprit de sacrifice devient finalement Brahman. 'Tat' est symbolique de la présentation de tous les fruits de toutes ces activités à Brahman. Si vous prononcez 'Tat', cela équivaut à dire : 'Ils ne sont pas miens'. Ce qui a été commencé avec Om est donné à Brahman avec la prononciation de 'Tat'. L'utilisation de 'Sat' est décrite dans le verset suivant.
With Tat With the utterance of the word Tat (That).Phalam Fruit of sacrifice? austerity and charity.Danakriyah Acts of charity such as gifts of land? gold? rice? clothes? etc.The immortal Soul which transcends the whole world? the three Gunas? the three bodies? the three,states of waking? dreaming and deep sleep? which illumines everything? which is the basis of all? and the source of everything is connoted by the word Tat. The sages and the aspirants meditate on Tat. They utter the word Tat and say? May all our actions and the fruits of them be in the name of Tat (That or Brahman).Thus they offer all actions and their fruits to Brahman and practise renunciation. They are freed from egoism and the bondage of Karma. They attain Selfrealisation through purity of heart caused by selfless? motiveless and desireless actions.The actions that is ennobled and sanctified by uttering Om at the beginning and which is offered to That is transformed into the nature of Brahman. All actions in their entirety? O Arjuna? culminate in wisdom (IV.33). He who does the actions with the spirit of sacrifice becomes Brahman eventually.Tat is symbolic of the presentation of all the fruits of all such activities to Brahman. If you utter Tat? it is tantamount to saying? They are nt mine. What has been begun with Om is given away to Brahman with the utterance of Tat.The use of Sat is described in the following verse.
