किं पुनर्ब्राह्मणाः पुण्या भक्ता राजर्षयस्तथा | अनित्यमसुखं लोकमिमं प्राप्य भजस्व माम्
kiṃ punarbrāhmaṇāḥ puṇyā bhaktā rājarṣayastathā . anityamasukhaṃ lokamimaṃ prāpya bhajasva mām
Que dire des saints Brahmanes, ainsi que des pieux rishis royaux (rajarshis) ! Ayant atteint ce monde éphémère et malheureux, adore-Moi.
What to speak of the holy Brahmanas as also of devout kind-sages! Having come to this ephemeral and miserable world, do you worship Me.
Les rajarshis sont des rois devenus saints tout en accomplissant leurs devoirs royaux. Il est très difficile d'obtenir une naissance humaine, qui est le moyen d'atteindre le but de la vie. Étant né dans ce corps humain, tu devrais mener une vie de dévotion envers le Seigneur. C'est seulement dans le corps humain que tu auras le pouvoir de réflexion (Vichara Shakti), de discernement et de détachement. Même les dieux envient la naissance humaine. Ce corps est impermanent. Il périt rapidement. Il apporte des douleurs de diverses sortes. Renonce donc aux efforts pour assurer le bonheur et le confort de ce corps. Si tu ne vises pas la Réalisation du Soi même après avoir obtenu une naissance humaine, tu vis en vain, tu gâches ta vie et tu es un destructeur du Soi. Tu seras encore et encore pris dans la roue des naissances et des morts.
Rajarshis are kings who have become saints while discharging the duties of the kingdom.It is very difficult to get a human birth which is the means of attaining the goal of life. Being born in this human body you should lead a life of devotion to the Lord. In the human body alone will you have the power to reflect (VicharaSakti)? discrimination and dispassion. Even the gods envy the human birth.This body is impermanent. It perishes soon. It brings pain of various sorts. So give up the efforts for securing happiness and comfort for this body. If you do not aim at Selfrealisation even after attaining a human birth? you live in vain you are wasting your life and you are a slayer of the Self. You will again and again be caught in the wheel of birth and death.
