स्वे स्वे कर्मण्यभिरतः संसिद्धिं लभते नरः | स्वकर्मनिरतः सिद्धिं यथा विन्दति तच्छृणु
sve sve karmaṇyabhirataḥ saṃsiddhiṃ labhate naraḥ . svakarmanirataḥ siddhiṃ yathā vindati tacchṛṇu
جو اپنے کرم برہمن کو وقف کر کے اور لگاؤ کو تیاگ کر عمل کرتا ہے، وہ گناہ سے آلودہ نہیں ہوتا، جیسے کنول کا پتا پانی سے آلودہ نہیں ہوتا۔
One who acts by dedicating actions to Brahman and by renouncing attachment, he does not become polluted by sin, just as a lotus leaf is not by water.
باب 4 کی آیات 18، 20، 21، 22، 23، 37، 41 اور باب 5 کی آیات 10، 11 اور 12 سب ایک ہی خیال کو پیش کرتی ہیں کہ وہ یوگی جو انا اور اعمال کے نتائج یا پھلوں سے لگاؤ کے بغیر عمل کرتا ہے، جنہیں وہ بھگوان کو پیشکش سمجھتا ہے، وہ اعمال (کرم) سے آلودہ نہیں ہوتا۔ اسے موکش (نجات) سے بھی کوئی لگاؤ نہیں ہوتا۔ وہ عمل میں بے عملی دیکھتا ہے۔ اس کے تمام اعمال گیان (حکمت) کی آگ میں جل جاتے ہیں۔ وہ سنسار کے چکر سے بچ نکلتا ہے۔ وہ جنم اور موت کے چکر سے آزاد ہو جاتا ہے۔ اسے دل کی پاکیزگی حاصل ہوتی ہے اور دل کی پاکیزگی کے ذریعے وہ آتما گیان (ذات کے علم) کو حاصل کرتا ہے۔ آتما گیان کے ذریعے وہ آزاد ہو جاتا ہے۔ یہ اوپر دی گئی دس آیات کا خلاصہ ہے۔
Chapter IV verses 18? 20? 21? 22? 23? 37? 41 Chapter V verses 10? 11 and 12 all convey the one idea that the Yogi who does actions without egoism and attachment to results or fruits of the actions? which he regards as offerings unto the Lord? is not tainted by the actions (Karma). He has no attachment even for Moksha. He sees inaction in action. All his actions are burnt in the fire of wisdom. He escapes from the wheel of Samsara. He is freed from the round of births and deaths. He gets purity of heart and through purity of heart attains to the knowledge of the Self. Through the knowledge of the Self he is liberated. This is the gist of the above ten verses. (Cf.III.30)
