यद्यदाचरति श्रेष्ठस्तत्तदेवेतरो जनः | स यत्प्रमाणं कुरुते लोकस्तदनुवर्तते ||२१||
yad yad ācharati śhreṣhṭhas tat tad evetaro janaḥ sa yat pramāṇaṁ kurute lokas tad anuvartate
優れた人物がどのようなカルマ（行為）を行うにせよ、他の人々もそれに倣う。彼がどのような規範（プラマーナ）を確立するにせよ、世の人々はそれに従う。
Whatever action a great person performs, common people follow. Whatever standards they set, the entire world pursues.
クリシュナは模範によるリーダーシップを説明しています。「シュレーシュタハ」という言葉は、単に力強いだけでなく、人格的に優れていることを意味します。リーダーは命令するだけでなく、自身の行動を通じて「プラマーナ」（規範）を設定します。社会は、無意識のうちに尊敬する人々を模倣するのです。
Krishna explains leadership by example. The word "śhreṣhṭhaḥ" means not just powerful but excellent in character. Leaders don't just give orders — they set "pramāṇam" (standards) through their own conduct. Society unconsciously mirrors those it admires.
