mātrā-sparśhās tu kaunteya śhītoṣhṇa-sukha-duḥkha-dāḥ āgamāpāyino 'nityās tāns titikṣhasva bhārata
The contact of the senses with their objects gives rise to cold and heat, pleasure and pain. They come and go, they are temporary — endure them bravely, O Arjuna.
